We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in the Bewdley area , specialising in providing high-quality care to residents living with complex dementia and nursing needs .
Offering £24.50 per hour , this is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident nurse who wants to take an active role in leading, supporting and developing a nursing team while maintaining exceptional standards of resident care .

A Clinical Role Where You Can Make an Impact As Clinical Lead, you will take a key role in the delivery and development of clinical care throughout the home.
You'll combine hands-on nursing knowledge with leadership, supporting the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality nursing and clinical care
Supervising and coordinating members of the nursing team
Developing and implementing individualised nursing care plans
Completing clinical and resident assessments
Monitoring residents' progress and responding to changes in their needs
Supporting residents living with complex dementia and nursing needs
Working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Ensuring regulatory and clinical standards are consistently maintained
Providing guidance, support and leadership to nursing staff
Training and mentoring members of the team
Promoting a positive, compassionate and person-centred care environment

To be considered, you will need:
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Active UK NMC PIN – essential
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
Experience delivering compassionate, person-centred care
Confidence supervising and supporting other members of the nursing team
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good organisational and prioritisation skills
The ability to manage multiple clinical responsibilities effectively
Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager would be highly advantageous.
Experienced Registered Nurses who can demonstrate strong leadership ability and are ready to progress their careers are also encouraged to apply.
