As the Registered Night Nurse, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, comfort and wellbeing of residents throughout your shift. You will be responsible for: Delivering high-quality nursing care throughout the night
Medication administration and management
Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their clinical needs
Completing and reviewing individual care plans
Carrying out clinical and risk assessments
Responding appropriately to emergencies or deterioration
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Supporting and guiding Care Assistants throughout the night
Providing clear and effective clinical handovers to the day team
Liaising with healthcare professionals when required
Supporting safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
Maintaining high clinical and professional standards
Ensuring residents' dignity, comfort and wellbeing throughout the night
Are You the Night Nurse We're Looking For?
To be considered for this position, you will need: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
Active UK NMC PIN β essential
Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
Confidence working independently and making clinical decisions
Good medication management skills
Strong care planning and assessment
