The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality childcare and early years education within a welcoming, luxury nursery environment. Working alongside a dedicated childcare team, you will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating setting where every child is supported to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality childcare and early years education. Support children's learning and development in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities. Encourage children's emotional, social, physical and educational development. Observe and monitor children's progress, maintaining accurate developmental records. Support children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene and personal care. Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers. Promote children's independence, confidence and wellbeing. Maintain the nursery's high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation. Follow safeguarding, child protection and health and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent standards of childcare. Essential Requirements Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications: Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years , or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Equivalent recognised qualifications will also be considered. The successful candidate should also demonstrate: Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years environment. Good knowledge of the EYFS framework. Understanding of safeguarding and child protection. A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to support children's individual learning and development needs. A genuine passion for delivering high-quality childcare. Why Apply?
