Senior Healthcare Assistant
to join their permanent night team. Offering

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be a key member of the night team, working alongside nursing colleagues to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care throughout the night. You'll have additional senior responsibilities and will be someone the wider care team can turn to for support and guidance. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants during night shifts. Leading by example and helping maintain excellent standards of care. Providing high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Administering medication safely and accurately
in line with your training and the home's procedures. Supporting residents with personal care, mobility and individual needs. Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing throughout the night. Recognising and reporting changes or concerns promptly to the nursing team. Maintaining accurate care records and documentation. Supporting individual care plans and risk assessments. Completing effective handovers between night and day teams. Supporting and guiding less experienced members of the care team. Promoting dignity, independence, choice and respect. Following safeguarding, infection prevention and health & safety procedures. Supporting the home in maintaining high standards in line with
