The Opportunity

• Pay: £22.00 per hour

• Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire

• Shifts: Days only – no night shifts

• Working pattern: 3 or 4 shifts per week

• Contract: Full-time, permanent

• Position: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records.

• Complete clinical assessments, care plans and risk assessments.

• Provide wound care, pressure area care and other nursing interventions within your competence.

• Recognise and respond appropriately to changes in residents' conditions.

• Support residents living with dementia and complex care needs.

• Work closely with care staff, families, GPs and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, infection prevention and clinical documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN.

• Valid and active NMC registration.

• Good clinical assessment and medication management skills.

• A caring, compassionate and professional approach.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for providing high-quality elderly care.

Previous nursing home experience would be advantageous.
