Due to continued growth, we are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN/RN) to join their dedicated nursing and care team. The Opportunity As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive the highest possible standards of clinical and personal care. Working alongside an experienced team, your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care. Assessing residents' individual needs and developing and reviewing care plans. Administering medication safely and accurately in accordance with relevant procedures. Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in their condition. Liaising with GPs, healthcare professionals and residents' families where appropriate. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation. Supporting and providing clinical guidance to care staff. Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice and quality of life. Ensuring care is delivered in accordance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and best practice. Contributing to a positive, professional and supportive working environment. What Our Client Is Looking For To be considered for this position, you will need: A current NMC registration and valid PIN . Previous nursing home experience essential. Experience delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. Strong clinical knowledge and the confidence to make appropriate clinical decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, reliable and compassionate approach. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team. A genuine commitment to providing outstanding standards of care. Please note: Previous experience working within a nursing home setting is a required and essential criterion for this vacancy.
