RGN Looking for a Nursing Home Role With a Choice of Days or Nights? Are you a compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) looking for a permanent nursing-home position where you can choose a shift pattern that works for you?
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established nursing home in the Dartford area , for a Registered Nurse to join their experienced clinical team.
You'll receive £22.00 per hour with paid breaks , working approximately 44 hours per week , with opportunities available across day or night shifts .

Make a Genuine Difference to Residents As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care while supporting residents' physical, emotional and clinical needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
Administering and managing medication safely and accurately
Assessing and monitoring residents' health and responding to changes in condition
Reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments
Completing clinical observations and appropriate nursing procedures
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Supporting and supervising Healthcare Assistants and care staff
Communicating effectively with residents and their families
Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Supporting residents with elderly and nursing-care needs
Promoting residents' dignity, independence and individual choices
Following safeguarding, infection-control and clinical-governance procedures
Providing clear and comprehensive clinical handovers
What We're Looking For To be considered for this position, you will need:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
Current NMC registration and valid PIN
Good clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
A compassionate and genuinely person-centred approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
A commitment to maintaining residents' dignity, comfort and wellbeing
Previous experience within a nursing home, care home, elderly care or dementia-care environment would be advantageous.
