The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate and person-centred nursing care to residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care
Medication administration and management
Completing and reviewing individual care plans
Carrying out clinical and risk assessments
Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their health
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting and guiding Care Assistants during your shift
Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Communicating with residents and their families
Supporting safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
Maintaining high clinical and professional standards
Promoting residents' dignity, independence and quality of life
What We're Looking For To be considered, you will need:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
