Clinical Lead Nurse . Offering
£24.00 per hour plus supernumerary hours , this position gives you the opportunity to remain clinically involved while having dedicated time to

supernumerary hours
will give you dedicated time to concentrate on the clinical leadership side of the home. You will work closely with the Home Manager and nursing team, helping to ensure residents receive consistently high standards of safe, compassionate and person-centred care. For an experienced Senior Nurse or RGN who is ready for greater responsibility, this could be an excellent next career move. Your Role Will Include:
Providing strong clinical leadership across the home
Supporting, mentoring and developing Nurses and Care Teams
Overseeing care plans and risk assessments
Medication management and clinical governance
Completing and supporting clinical audits
Monitoring residents' changing clinical needs
Ensuring accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Supporting safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Communicating effectively with residents and their families
Supporting staff development and clinical competencies
Maintaining high standards of person-centred care
Working closely with the Home Manager to continually develop clinical standards
Are You the Nurse We're Looking For?
To be considered, you will need: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
Active UK NMC PIN – essential
Strong clinical knowledge and confidence
Nursing home or elderly care experience
Excellent medication management skills
Strong care planning and risk assessment experience
The confidence to support and lead Nurses and Care Teams
Good knowledge of safeguarding and clinical governance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A compassionate and resident-focused approach
Previous experience as a
Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager
would be highly advantageous. However, we are also interested in hearing from
experienced RGNs or Senior Nurses who are ready to take that next step into a Clinical Lead position . What Will You Get?
