As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care while supporting residents to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care
Medication administration and management
Completing and updating individual care plans
Carrying out clinical and risk assessments
Monitoring residents and responding to changes in their clinical needs
Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
Supporting and guiding Care Assistants during your shift
Liaising with GPs and other healthcare professionals
Communicating effectively with residents and their families
Supporting safeguarding and infection prevention procedures
Ensuring clinical standards are consistently maintained
Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this position, you will need: Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification
Active UK NMC PIN – essential
Strong clinical knowledge
Good medication management skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a nursing and care team
A compassionate and resident-focused approach
The ability to work rotational shifts
Previous experience within a
nursing home, elderly care or similar care environment
