Innov8 Wholesale Ltd is seeking a reliable, computer confident E-commerce & Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our small team in Thurston, near Bury St Edmunds.
The role primarily involves uploading and managing online product listings, alongside processing, packing and dispatching customer orders, stock management and customer communication.
Strong computer skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication are essential.
Part time: 22 hours per week | Pay: £13–£14 per hour.
Confident using computers and online platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to customer enquiries.Good attention to detail when creating and uploading product listings.Responsible for daily morning orders packing and dispatch.Reliable, organised and able to work independently on varied tasks.
