We are seeking an experienced, professional and dedicated production manager for a Dudley based manufacturer. The role of a production manager oversees manufacturing or production processes, ensuring efficient operations, quality standards, and adherence to schedules.
They plan production runs, manage resources, supervise staff, and implement safety regulations to minimise waste and maximise productivity. The Production Manager serves as the first line of management for Team Leaders and operators on the shop floor, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and indirectly to the Operations and Facilities Director. This role involves closely collaborating with the Planning.
