We are recruiting for an experienced mechanical fitter to join a growing manufacturer based in Kidderminster.

A mechanical fitter is a skilled engineering professional who assembles, installs, maintains, and repairs industrial machinery, hydraulic systems, and factory equipment. They work from technical drawings to precision-fit metal parts, troubleshoot, and use tools like drills and welding equipment.

The mechanical fitter will have some mechanical knowledge ideally from a manufacturing fitter background or similar industry. A willingness to learn and ability to work to time constraints and customers' specifications is essential, along with a working knowledge of using power tools, hydraulics, and electrics. MIG welding experience is not essential but desirable.
