An exciting opportunity has arisen to progress your career as a CNC Operator with a leading engineering company based in Tamworth, Staffs, within their CNC Turning section. This role is based on a rotational double day shift pattern.
A CNC Turner sets up and operates Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines (lathes, mills) to produce high-precision parts, involving reading blueprints, loading programs/tools, running first-off inspections with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers), making adjustments, and performing routine maintenance for quality and efficiency.
- £16.20 per hour basic
- Double Day shift rotation Monday - Friday
- 0600 - 1400 Week 1
- 1400 - 2200 Week 2
- Overtime available when business allows
- Pension enrolment
- 28 days holiday
