Based in Birmingham, this role offers a salary of £70,000 - £80,000. We have an exceptional opportunity to join a leading manufacturer as the senior production manager. This role requires a mixture of hands-on leadership within the shop floor alongside senior management leadership at board level and with high-end clients. You must quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the wider organisation to effectively manage all aspects of production, with a core team of 15 engineers reporting directly to you.

- 25 Days + Statutory Holiday Entitlement
- Hours of work - 7 am to 4 pm Monday-Thursday, 7 am to 12 pm Fridays

Key Responsibilities of the senior production manager:
- Take absolute ownership of the production pipeline, ensuring completed projects are delivered to the sales team on time and fault-free.
