Do you want the flexibility of a 4 day week? Got a passion for quality inspection and assurance? We are seeking a professional quality inspector to join a well established quality team who are looking to add to their division within the Wolverhampton area.
The job role includes carrying out quality tests including all hand tools and mechanical devices to test the quality, strength and dimensions of precision parts produced and machined for a number of sectors. You will ideally come from a quality inspection, quality technician or quality assurance role previously.
Benefits/Contract info for quality inspector:
- Monday - Thursday 0700 - 1700
- Fridays off
- £33,000 + basic salary but overtime at premium rates

Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities:
- Inspects and approves processed aluminium and stainless steel products by confirming specifications against drawings, CAD, Work Instructions.
- Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs summarising re-work and waste, and inputs data into a quality database.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training.
- Accomplishes quality and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.
Quality Inspector Qualifications/Skills:

Experience Requirements for quality inspector:
- Experience with measuring devices such as micrometers, gauges, computers, verniers, and other measuring instruments is essential
- One to two years quality inspector experience
- Use of Faro arm, 3D scanner is desirable
