Mechanical Fitter in West Bromwich

Mechanical Fitter Based in West Bromwich Permanent - 40 hours per week
We are seeking for a Mechanical Fitter for a manufacturing company based in West Bromwich.
As a Mechanical Fitter you will be tasked with the assemble and fit out machinery across the production line, this will involve mechanical assembly, hydraulic connections and add ons working to job sheet specifications and bespoke requests.
Contract and Benefits of Mechanical Fitter:
39 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Day shift
0700 - 1630 Mon - Thurs
0700 - 1230 Friday
£29000 basic salary - increases after 3 months probation

Key Responsibilities of a mechanical fitter:
Assemble mechanical components
Connect hydraulic fixtures to the correct outputs
Fit add-on extras involving basic electrical work
Carry out line inspections and raise non comformative products
Be responsible for sign offs of overall build when trained

Skill requirements for Mechanical Fitter:
Basic understanding of electrics and circuits
Counterbalance FLT licence
Mechanical Fitter background or similar work history
Confident using various hand and mechanical tools
Problem solver
Experience with hydraulics preferred
