Job Description Quality Inspector Based in Great Yarmouth Full Time Permanent Β£37,500 - Β£40,000We are recruiting a quality inspector for a precision engineering company based in the Norfolk area. General overview of quality inspector: Understand quality within a busy fabrication/machined part work environment. Ability to clearly communicate quality issues to the QHSE Manager. Understanding of the ISO9001:2008 standard and management systems along with ability to read and understand drawings. Ideally faro arm, shadow graph and inspection related equipment use. The ability to work as part of a team and pro-actively move the quality department forward to ensure products are to the required standards the customers expect.

Capable of inspecting high quality precision machined and fabricated parts using hand tools and machinery.
Have working knowledge in the use of faro arm, shadow graph and other inspection related equipment.
Implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Ensuring quality testing and procedures are properly understood and carried out.
Maintain the Companys quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
Assisting in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.Assisting with setting up and maintaining quality controls and documentation procedures.
Liaising with customers in relation to quality issues and requirements.
Liaison with the Stores Supervisor to assist with QA requirements for raw and finished items moving through the stores.
