We are seeking an experienced Rolling Mill Operator to join a growing team within a well-known manufacturer in Dudley.

A rolling mill machine uses high-pressure rollers to flatten, thin, or shape metal, primarily for manufacturing sheet metal in circular and square bars for the manufacturing industry.

Key elements and benefits of the mill operator role:

  • 3 shift weekly rotation
  • AM shift is 0600 - 1400
  • Night shift is 2200 - 0600
  • PM shift is 1400 - 2200
  • Monday to Friday position
  • Overtime available consistently

The role of mill operator includes:

  • Operate the roll mill machinery within a team

  • Perform and learn other skills such as overhead crane and slitting

  • Live commutable distance to Dudley
  • Slitting, overhead crane and FLT experience a distinct advantage
