We are seeking a professional and experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision engineering company in Wolverhampton. This company is heavily involved within the aerospace sector and due to growth are adding to their machining team.
Contract and Benefits of CNC Programmer:
- £19 per hour basic pay
- Lots of overtime at premium rates - average annual remuneration is £60,000

Key responsibilities of CNC Programmer:
- Programme, Set and Operate CNC Lathes with Fanuc
- Write and edit Fanuc controls using online programming
- Learn offline programming of Fanuc
- Set machine and tooling without probes
- Read and understand drawings
- Monitor machinery and report problems
- Basic maintenance of work space
Key attributes of CNC Programmer:
- Experience within precision manufacturing as a CNC Programmer
- Suitable industry recognised qualification or apprenticeship
- Offline programming desirable
- Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices
