This is a hands‑on, design‑led role for someone who wants to do more than just follow briefs. You’ll play a key part in shaping creative direction, influencing design decisions, and delivering high‑quality commercial interiors across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

The RoleAs a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects while working closely with our Head of Design and wider team. You’ll be trusted to contribute ideas, challenge briefs, and help push design quality across the business. This role offers real variety—from early‑stage concepts and visualisation through to technical detailing and on‑site delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design & Creative Input – Develop concept designs, space plans, and 3D visualisations. Bring a strong understanding of loose furniture, fabrics/textiles, and wall & floor finishes into every scheme. Influence design direction and contribute ideas that elevate project outcomes.
- Technical Delivery – Produce technical drawings for construction and bespoke joinery. Ensure all designs are accurate, coordinated, and buildable.
- Project Ownership – Manage and deliver design packages across multiple projects.
- Collaboration – Collaborate closely with sales and project teams to bring concepts to life. Support client presentations and contribute to winning new work. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the design process. Act as a key link between design, sales, and project delivery.
- Standards & Improvement – Maintain high design standards across all outputs. Support ongoing improvements to workflows and processes. Contribute to the development of the materials and finishes library.
- Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial interior design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and technical ability
- Confident specifying furniture, fabrics, and finishes
- Proficiency in CAD‑based software and Adobe Creative Suite
- Desirable (Not Essential) – Experience using Revit Attributes
- A designer who thinks beyond the brief—not a cookie-cutter approach
- Strong design sensibility combined with technical understanding
- Confident designing with an awareness of how concepts are built and delivered
- Good knowledge of joinery, construction detailing, and fit‑out processes
- Able to translate ideas into practical, buildable solutions
