In’N’Out Autocentres is an expert automotive service provider with 30 centres across the country, offering transparent pricing and high-quality service. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy team.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Centre Manager and receive training in all aspects of managing the operation, including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
- Assist in people management, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties.
- Spend time in the service bays with the team to ensure a seamless and timely operation.
- Drive sales and aim to meet and exceed financial targets set for the centre.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance.
- Able to carry out minor fast-fit repairs or servicing as required.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Sales driven; aiming to meet and exceed centre targets.
- Look to assist the team in building a strong reputation for the brand within the local area.
Additional Criteria
- Automotive service experience: 2 years (preferred).
- Full driving licence (preferred).
