Our Assistant Managers, alongside our Centre Managers, are key to providing effective management and leadership of our quick fit operations, driving profitability, maximising productivity and coaching and motivating the centre team. Ideally previously qualified as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester, you will need to have previous hands-on experience as you will be dividing your time between the workshop, working alongside the team, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
