The Head of International Accounts will play a pivotal role in expanding Innotech’s global footprint and strengthening relationships with international customers and distributors. Innotech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vink UK Ltd, and a member of the Plastics Family group of companies operating in Europe and North America. This provides huge opportunities for growth by utilising the entire network of aligned companies for distribution of Innotech’s products into international markets.
Role Purpose
The Head of International Accounts is responsible for driving growth, strengthening distributor performance, and managing strategic customer relationships across mainland Europe (Benelux, Germany, Italy), the UK, and Canada. The role combines commercial leadership, market development, and cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring Innotech continues to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions tailored to customer needs. Working closely with the Commercial Director to bring a new focus and energy to developing international business relationships with direct customers as well as aligned group entities across Europe and North America.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in international account management, export sales, or distributor management
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
- Experience working across multiple European markets (Germany or Italy advantageous)
- Ability to manage complex customer requirements including bespoke product development
- Confident working with senior leadership and contributing to strategic decisions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with excellent planning and CRM discipline
- Willingness to travel internationally
Desirable
- Experience in wide‑format print media, display hardware, signage, or related industries
- Multilingual capability (German, Dutch, Italian, or French)
- Background working closely with sourcing, procurement, or supply chain teams
- Understanding of technical product specifications, substrates, coatings, and print compatibility
