A vacancy has arisen for a Full Time Receptionist to work on front of house on the Ellesmere Port site. The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting of all visitors, ensuring Health & Safety and security compliance
- Induction of Contractors and New Starters to include setting up of ID badges
- SAP – raising Purchase Orders and Receipting Goods
- Toshiba Printer Maintenance
- Arranging Care Hire for the site
- Arranging locks/keys/name plates for the site
- Office Manager requests – logging and assigning work
- Binding/laminating and photocopying for internal customers
- Fielding all telephone calls, ensuring no cold callers are put through
- Maintenance of meeting room diaries, meeting rooms, refreshments, etc.
- On request, organisation of internal lunches for internal / external customers
- On request, arrangement of taxis for each department
- Distribution and collection of all internal and external mail
- Arranging collection and distribution of couriered mail
- Processing and distributing Stationery Orders to other departments
The candidates should have past experience of working in a busy reception role with excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal. You should be a confident team player able to work effectively as part of a wider team. The role requires the person to be highly motivated and flexible with the ability to work on their own initiative, when required. Knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and SAP would be an advantage.
