We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Designer to support the growth and enhancement of our global digital presence. This role is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented professional with strong technical skills and a strategic mindset. You’ll play a key part in developing high‑quality digital and print assets that strengthen our brand, support commercial objectives, and engage audiences across multiple markets.
Please note this position can be based at one of our sites in Ellesmere Port (UK), Salisbury (US), or Castiglione (Italy).
Role Responsibilities- Develop and deliver digital design assets including website graphics, product visuals, email templates, e‑blasts, social media content, and brand campaign materials.
- Produce multimedia content such as video, photography, and AI‑supported creative outputs as our capabilities evolve.
- Create print materials including adverts, sell sheets, brochures, and presentations when required.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and supports a consistent global identity.
- Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to translate strategic objectives into effective visual communication.
- Optimise digital content for SEO and user engagement across platforms.
- Support copywriting needs for campaigns, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Conduct market trend research to inform creative direction and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Analyse consumer and competitor activity to guide design and messaging decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global regions, adapting designs to cultural and stylistic differences.
- Contribute to broader marketing planning and provide creative input into strategic discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print design capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience with tools such as Hootsuite and MailChimp.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone and detail.
