INNOPLUS TECHNOLOGIES LTD is a UK-based pet technology company developing smart products designed to help pet owners better understand and care for their pets’ health, well-being and daily routines. We are building a practical, commercially focused team in the UK to support product development, testing, operations, sales and customer growth.
This role focuses on product testing, device validation and structured feedback to support improvement of our pet technology products. The successful candidate will help ensure products are tested in a practical and well-documented way before wider market deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out product testing and validation against agreed specifications and use scenarios
- Record issues, faults, risks and performance observations in a clear and structured format
- Prepare testing reports and summaries for the wider team
- Support pilot testing, user testing and product feedback collection
- Work with product and operational colleagues to track corrective actions and follow-up items
- Assist with device setup, configuration and testing procedures
- Maintain accurate testing records and version control for relevant documentation
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of quality assurance processes
- Experience in product testing, quality assurance, device validation or technical support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Comfortable working independently and following testing plans
- Good communication skills and practical problem-solving ability
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Experience with smart devices, hardware products, wearables or consumer technology
- Experience preparing structured QA reports
- Awareness of product compliance and product launch testing requirements
- Mandarin Chinese language skills
