The Role
This role supports the day-to-day operational running of the business, including order coordination, stock movement, supplier follow-up and internal process control. It is well suited to someone who is organised, dependable and comfortable coordinating across multiple parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders, fulfilment processes and internal operational tracking
- Support stock, supplier and logistics coordination
- Maintain operational records, process documents and routine business reports
- Assist with after-sales coordination and issue follow-up
- Track timelines, action points and delivery status across internal and external contacts
- Help improve operational systems, templates and workflow consistency
- Support basic procurement and supply administration
- Work closely with product, sales and customer-facing colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
Essential Requirements
- Experience in operations, supply coordination, administration or logistics support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage follow-up work and maintain accurate records
- Good communication skills and practical problem-solving ability
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Desirable Skills
- Experience in start-up operations, fulfilment or supplier coordination
- Experience using spreadsheets, order tracking tools
- Mandarin Chinese language skills
