- Build, manage, and optimise workflows, pipelines, and automations to support sales and operations
- Identify inefficiencies in how systems are used and implement practical improvements
- Work with teams across the business to ensure systems are used consistently and effectively
- Produce and review CRM data reports to support better decision-making
- Maintain and improve Shopify systems, structure, and integrations, including product data and content where required
- Support and improve integrations between Shopify, HubSpot, and other systems
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, performance, and operational efficiency
- Define, document, and improve business processes across teams
- Create clear and practical SOPs to reduce reliance on manual or inconsistent workflows
- Identify process gaps and implement structured improvements
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge sharing systems
- Support the rollout and effective use of AI tools across the business
- Identify opportunities where automation or AI can improve efficiency
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs before use
- Provide day-to-day support for business systems and user issues when required
- Set up and manage user accounts, access, and core tools for new and existing team members
