UK Based Niagara BMS Engineer — £60,000 - £75,000
2 days/week in the office, 3 days from home.
Most experienced BMS engineers reach a point where the only way to “progress” seems to be: more travel, more firefighting, moving into sales or project management. If that’s not what you want, this role is for you. At Innon, we don’t deliver BMS projects — and we don’t compete with integrators. Your work is pure engineering, without deadline stress.

- Technical consultation & design support for BMS Companies who want to choose the right equipment
- Test new tech and collaborate with R&D
- 2nd-line specialist support (Niagara, Sedona/iSMA, BACnet, LoRaWAN, MQTT)
- Mentor junior engineers and help shape best practice
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on BMS project experience
- Solid Niagara 4 experience
- Sedona / iSMA / LoRaWAN exposure
- A supportive, curious, engineering mindset
- Able to be in Chippenham 2 days/week
