As the General Manager of Innoflate Livingston, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast‑paced inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people‑centred environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all day‑to‑day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
  • Oversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed
  • Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue
  • Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
  • Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
  • Oversee successful party and group event delivery
  • Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
  • Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
  • Complete daily venue safety checks
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
  • Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
  • Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
  • Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment
  • Manage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissions
  • Support revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts
  • Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team
