Reporting
directly to the CEO
, you will take full ownership of the finance function, shaping the financial strategy of a fast-scaling leisure business and becoming an integral part of the leadership team. What You\’ll Do

• Lead all day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational performance
• Implement and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls as the business grows
• Prepare monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards
• Oversee year-end processes, audit preparation, and statutory compliance
• Partner with the CEO on growth initiatives, investment decisions, and long-term planning
• Build and eventually scale a small finance team as the company expands

What We\’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant or relevant strong experience
• Solid experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager role
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hands-on approach
• Experience in a growing, multi-site, retail, hospitality, or leisure business is highly advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with non-finance stakeholders
• Ambition and drive—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
• A genuine desire to progress to

  level
