About the Role
As the General Manager of Innoflate Grimsby, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast-paced inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence
- Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
- Oversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed
- Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue
- Café & Parties
- Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
- Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
- Oversee successful party and group event delivery
- Reception & Guest Experience
- Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
- Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Health & Safety
- Complete daily venue safety checks
- Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
- Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team
- People & Culture
- Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
- Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
- Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment
- Financial Leadership
- Manage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissions
- Support revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts
- Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team
