We are seeking a Cybersecurity Deployment Program Manager to lead large‑scale rollout programs of cybersecurity infrastructure across multiple customer sites and sectors. This role is responsible for end‑to‑end program governance from technical assessment and deployment planning through execution oversight and operational handover while coordinating subcontractor delivery teams and ensuring alignment with customer security policies. Unlike traditional project management roles, this position combines technical solution understanding, deployment program leadership, and stakeholder alignment to ensure consistent, secure, and scalable implementations across environments. The solutions deployed may include network detection sensors, analytics platforms based on technologies such as OpenSearch Project, secure connectivity infrastructure, firewalls, and integration into centralized Security Operations Centres (SOC).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the deployment program across multiple sites (e.g., dozens of locations).
- Define rollout strategy, deployment sequencing, and timelines.
- Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and performance metrics.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation across stakeholders.
- Maintain a working knowledge of project‑level administration (procurement, billing, and logistics) to provide hands‑on coverage and oversight during team absences, ensuring no impact on delivery.
Technical Assessment & Deployment Planning (Pre‑Deployment Phase)
- Engage customer technical teams to understand existing infrastructure and constraints.
- Determine applicability of standard Bill of Materials (BOM) and identify when upsizing or customization is required.
- Validate architecture design, including connectivity between multiple data centres where applicable.
- Secure technical buy‑in from customer stakeholders to ensure compliance with IT and security policies.
Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management
- Lead and coordinate subcontractor project managers responsible for site‑level deployments.
- Ensure deployment quality, adherence to standards, and consistency across sites.
- Review technical deliverables, acceptance testing results, and documentation.
- Track subcontractor performance against KPIs and contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary interface between customer leadership, engineering teams, SOC teams, and vendors.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision‑making across business and technical teams.
Transition to Operations
- Ensure successful system integration with SOC and operational teams.
- Oversee documentation, knowledge transfer, and acceptance sign‑off.
- Support transition into Day-1 and Day-2 operational support models.
Requirements
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or large‑scale IT deployment programs.
- Proven experience managing multi‑site technology rollouts or infrastructure programs.
- Experience coordinating vendors or subcontractors in delivery environments.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking and cybersecurity architecture.
- Familiarity with technologies such as:
- Network security appliances (firewalls, sensors)
- SIEM / analytics platforms
- Secure connectivity and data centre integration
- SOC integration workflows
Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong program and project management discipline.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
- Structured problem‑solving and risk management mindset.
Preferred
- Experience in regulated sectors (government, critical infrastructure, finance, healthcare).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Experience managing cybersecurity vendors or MSSP environments.
Success Measures
- On‑time and on‑budget deployment across sites.
- Consistent deployment quality and architecture compliance.
- Customer satisfaction and stakeholder confidence.
- Smooth transition into operational support.
- Effective subcontractor performance management.
- Reduce manual effort per site through the use of centralized orchestration tools and standardized rollout playbooks.
Benefits
- Training & Development
- Performance Bonus
- Medical Benefits
- Hybrid Work Arrangements
