You’ll have a knack for project and programme management, ideally in an FMCG manufacturing world – you’re great with the details but never lose sight of the bigger picture.
A solid understanding of change management (maybe through Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner, or Management of Portfolios (MoP)) – but we’re open-minded if you’ve learned it another way.
