Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We’re currently going through an exciting period of development as we improve our supply planning and forecasting systems and processes. To support this journey, we’re looking for a Change Manager to help guide the work forward. This is a fixed‑term maternity cover role within the End‑to‑End Supply Chain Optimisation team, sitting in the area focused on supply chain systems transformation. You’ll report into the Project Lead for our planning and forecasting programme and join a well‑established piece of work at an important stage. Your role will be to help keep things moving smoothly, while supporting teams as they adopt new tools, processes and ways of working, including a growing focus on using data more confidently.

More specifically:

  • Lead and deliver the change management plan, building on the approach already in place
  • Coordinate communications, training and adoption activities for teams impacted by the change
  • Work closely with project team members, subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to ensure changes are introduced thoughtfully and clearly
  • Support teams as they navigate change, helping new processes and ways of working feel familiar and achievable
  • After go‑live, partner with the supply team to continue improving how data and processes are used day to day
  • Help nurture a data‑driven mindset across supply, supporting good governance, data understanding and practical use of insights as processes continue to evolve

You’ll have:

  • Solid experience in change management, including communications, training and adoption activities
  • Strong people skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders, adapting your approach as needed
  • Experience supporting change in fast‑moving environments with multiple moving parts
  • Good data literacy within a supply chain context, with an understanding of master and transactional data and how these support planning processes
  • Experience using data tools to understand information, support teams and inform decision‑making
  • Exposure to systems or technology‑enabled change, particularly where processes and ways of working are evolving (beneficial but not essential)

You’ll get:

  • The opportunity to play a meaningful role in an important business initiative
  • Exposure to interesting supply chain systems, data and process improvements
  • The chance to work closely with a wide range of teams across the business, as well as external partners
  • To be part of a supportive team focused on making change work well for people

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies. We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.
