Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way.

We’re on the hunt for a super PA who loves organising things almost as much as we love smoothies to join our PA team. Someone who combines exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a tenacious, friendly style. Approachable, proactive and unflappable, you’ll be happy keeping lots of plates spinning without breaking a sweat and will enjoy using your organisational skills to keep projects on track and everything running smoothly. You’ll be supporting two of our UK based Directors, our Go-To-Market (GTM) Director and our Marketing & Innovation Director and will be the go-to-person making sure their days are as effective and slick as possible, ensuring people are in the right place at the right time … every time. You’ll also get stuck into ad hoc projects, lend a hand to their wider teams and be a great team player. No two days will look the same.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping two very busy Directors on track with top‑notch extensive diary management
  • Planning and prepping meetings so they’re useful, not just calendar fillers
  • Managing complex travel across multiple time zones, planning and creating agendas
  • Supporting their wider teams with effective coordination and communications
  • Taking on ad hoc projects and tasks for the Directors when required as the business evolves
  • Spotting ways to make processes smoother and days run better
  • Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for people both inside and outside innocent

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a PA role, ideally supporting multiple executives
  • Strong and clear communication skills with the ability to confidently develop and build great working relationships both internally and externally across all levels
  • High standards of work with excellent attention to detail
  • Second to none organisational skills with the gift to multi-task and approach responsibilities with enthusiasm, initiative and resource
  • Able to manage a varied workload, prioritise like a pro and meet demanding deadlines
  • Pro-active and solutions orientated approach with great foresight who spots what’s needed before being asked
  • Great team player who’s friendly with a flexible approach to all aspects of the role
  • Strong project and event management skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced business that has a clear purpose and thrives in a results driven and values led culture

What you’ll get from us:

  • You’ll play an integral part to the growth and future of the business, what you do helps others to be effective
  • Cross functional working and a great insight and exposure to the wider business
  • Opportunity to implement ways of working, find new ways to improve processes and contribute to the objectives of the business
  • Opportunity to be in a varied role where you’ll be kept on your toes - no one day is the same
  • Working closely with the Directors and Senior leadership team, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation, playing a role in supporting decisions

Finally, it goes without saying that you’ll be discrete, reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, supportive and understanding. If you can read minds and do 117 things at once all with a smile on your face we’d love to hear from you. We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies. We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
