Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). What you'll be doing
- Keep our innovation pipeline flowing and make sure supply stays steady and reliable.
- Create smart ways to manage projects so everything gets delivered on time and with ease.
- Find opportunities to improve how we work through automation and new digital tools.
- Build strong connections with teams like Marketing and Product Development to make things happen.
- Lead and support your team so they feel empowered, motivated, and ready to shine.
You’ll have
- Leadership experience in supply chain, commercial, and PMO management.
- Strong people leadership and influencing skills.
- Business and commercial know-how.
- Collaboration skills to work with lots of different teams and priorities.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with end-to-end supply chains, planning, organizing, negotiating, and building strong business relationships.
