Here at innocent, we are on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we've gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe's biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). We want to show everyone that it's possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we're trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that's where this job comes in.

Enterprise Change plays a big role in helping innocent deliver its Fruiture strategy. We develop and own our transformation plan, lead organisation-wide change, and build change capability through a mature EPMO. All of this helps us keep moving towards our very ambitious goal of getting a billion more portions of fruit and veg to people by 2030.

You’ll be:

  • Leading key change initiatives across all areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creating and owning clear, high-quality project plans and documentation to manage timelines, budgets, scope, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Building and motivating high-performing project teams to deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Developing strong, trusting relationships across the business, working closely with steering groups and project teams to navigate ambiguity, risks and issues.
  • Collaborating with programme and portfolio managers across innocent's change community to spot and manage interdependencies early.
  • Working with third-party partners delivering solutions for us, giving you great exposure to vendor management and a chance to flex your external influencing skills.

You’ll have:

  • Experience leading high-profile, complex projects from initiation through to delivery, often juggling multiple priorities and managing your workload proactively.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile, iterative and waterfall delivery approaches, with the confidence to use and adapt different methodologies across technology projects.
  • Experience planning and delivering technology-led change, supported by clear, structured and well-maintained project documentation.
  • Excellent people leadership skills, enabling you to bring together high-performing temporary teams across innocent and third-party partners, and motivate them to succeed.
  • A confident, proactive approach to building relationships and engaging stakeholders at all levels, ensuring business needs are understood and met from the outset.

You’ll get:

  • The chance to work on big, meaningful change that genuinely impacts how innocent works and helps us reach our goal of a billion more portions by 2030.
  • A role with real ownership and visibility, where your work matters and your voice is heard.
  • A collaborative, down-to-earth culture where people look out for one another and where it's OK to ask questions, try things, and learn as you go.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone's career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you'll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don't think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring.

Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
