Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

At innocent, making change happen well is just as important as the change itself. Our Enterprise Programme Management Office, also known as the EPMO, sits at the heart of that. It helps us focus on the changes that matter most and deliver them in a consistent and predictable way.

As our Enterprise PMO Manager, you will help guide how change happens across the business so we can deliver our Fruiture ambition of adding a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030. You will work across teams, portfolios, and senior leaders to make sure projects are set up properly, governed with care, and delivered brilliantly. It is a role with a clear view across the whole change landscape and a real influence on how we grow.

  • Running and continuously improving our Enterprise Programme Management Office so that change is clear, consistent, and effective.
  • Setting and upholding a single approach to change governance across the business.
  • Facilitating key forums to keep priorities aligned and moving forward.
  • Acting as a trusted and independent voice to challenge, guide, and support project and portfolio decisions.
  • Working closely with portfolio managers and finance partners to manage investment and deliver the best value.
  • Helping teams plan ahead by balancing change demand with business capacity and readiness.
  • Supporting delivery of complex and high priority projects to time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Identifying risks and finding practical ways to keep delivery on track.

You’ll have:

  • Strong experience shaping or running programme management or portfolio functions.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions with clarity and care.
  • A structured approach to governance, planning, and delivery, with flexibility when it is needed.
  • A good understanding of investment planning and how to track benefits.
  • The ability to challenge constructively while building trust and alignment.
  • A genuine interest in why change matters and how it helps a business grow.

You’ll get:

  • A panoramic view of all major change across innocent and a chance to shape what we prioritise.
  • The opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, finance partners, and external partners including Coca Cola.
  • The chance to build and mature an Enterprise Programme Management Office into something best in class.
  • Hands-on involvement in big, business critical programmes linked directly to our strategy.
  • Space to introduce new ideas, improve ways of working, and make change simpler and more effective.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
