Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

About the role: We’re looking for a UK&I Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to help bring our brand to life across the internet. You’ll sit in our UK&I Marketing Team at a pretty exciting time, we’re chasing big growth ambitions, and digital plays a huge part in how we get there. This role is all about turning strategy into scroll‑stopping, smile‑inducing, performance‑driving activation. You’ll work closely with local marketing, our media agency, and central teams to deliver campaigns that are creative, consistent and genuinely effective. In short? You’ll help make innocent impossible to ignore online, in the nicest possible way.

You’ll be:

  • Turning central digital and social strategy into brilliant, market‑ready activation plans.
  • Bringing campaigns to life across platforms in ways that feel locally relevant and culturally sharp.
  • Building and delivering digital toolkits and assets that help teams execute beautifully in market.
  • Making sure everything ladders up to our portfolio strategy (and actually performs).

Project Management:

  • Leading the rollout of digital and social campaigns — content, paid media, influencers, the lot.
  • Supporting cross‑market projects like new platform launches or content renovations.
  • Keeping agencies and internal teams aligned, on time and on brief (a bit like herding cats, but fun).

Business Excellence:

  • Tracking performance across channels and spotting opportunities to optimise.
  • Managing budgets wisely so every pound works hard.
  • Bringing in fresh thinking, inspiration and best practice to keep our digital game strong.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Working closely with Sales, Finance, Supply, central marketing and our media agency to ensure everything joins up.
  • Contributing to digital forums and sharing learnings across the cluster.
  • Managing agency partners to deliver brilliant work, consistently.

You’ll have:

  • Solid experience leading content creation and strategy across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Threads (and using social listening tools like Sprout Social).
  • The organisational superpower to manage a full‑year content calendar and align multiple stakeholders months in advance.
  • Brilliant copywriting skills — especially when it comes to reactive, culturally relevant moments.
  • Experience building campaigns across digital touchpoints, including influencer partnerships and paid media.
  • The ability to craft joined‑up digital journeys that feel personal and purposeful.
  • Experience managing at least one person (or a small team).
  • Confidence working with agencies and external partners.
  • A track record of turning consumer and social insights into campaign gold.

You’ll get:

  • To work in an award‑winning social team that reaches millions organically.
  • To create content that people actually want to engage with.
  • To be paid (in actual money) for being funny, thoughtful and creative.
  • The freedom to use your creativity — and yes, your weirdness — every day.
  • Real development opportunities in a company that genuinely backs its people.
  • A supportive team that works hard, laughs often, and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary (phew), private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
