Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

We’re on the lookout for someone special to join our Commercial Team as a Commercial Executive, supporting one of our key Grocery customers. You’ll be right in the thick of it, working across internal teams and directly with customers, helping keep the day-to-day ticking whilst also getting exposure to the bigger commercial picture. If you’re someone who loves variety, building relationships, solving problems, and getting stuck into the numbers as much as the people side, this could be right up your street. This is a brilliant opportunity if you’re looking to build your career in commercial, giving you hands‑on experience in customer management, forecasting, promotional planning, reporting.

You’ll be:

  • Supporting the development of one of our key Grocery customers, helping drive strong commercial performance and brilliant customer relationships
  • Owning the day‑to‑day fundamentals that keep the account running smoothly, from forecasting and reporting to promotional planning and business rhythms
  • Working with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure plans land brilliantly and opportunities don’t get missed
  • Getting hands‑on with the numbers, including P&Ls, forecasting and performance reporting, turning insight into action
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, becoming a trusted and proactive partner

You’ll have:

  • A love of numbers and confidence getting into the detail, spreadsheets shouldn’t make you want to run for the hills
  • Hawk like attention to detail, because getting the fundamentals right really matters
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with a wide range of people
  • A proactive, resilient mindset and a willingness to get stuck in and figure things out
  • Strong commercial curiosity and an eagerness to learn how customers and businesses grow
  • Previous account management or customer‑facing experience is a bonus, but not essential

You’ll get:

  • A brilliant opportunity to learn and be exposed to the world of commercial including customer management, selling and negotiation
  • The chance to build strong analytical, forecasting and reporting skills with real ownership from day one
  • Loads of exposure across the business, helping you become a confident communicator and commercial operator
  • A supportive, high‑performing team who know how to deliver strong results and have a good laugh along the way

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.

In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.

Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
