Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to join our expanding Data, Integrations and Analytics team. Reporting to the Data, Integrations & Analytics Lead, you’ll help deliver against our enterprise data strategy, turning data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.
You’ll lead and develop a high‑performing BI team of analysts and developers focused on data storage, modelling, visualisation, and reporting. Your role will be to nurture talent, foster innovation, and build clear pathways for growth. You’ll also ensure our Microsoft data platform, fully integrated with Dynamics 365 ERP, is robust, future‑proof, and ready to harness the latest advances in AI.
A key part of your mission will be championing self‑serve analytics. You’ll lead a community of citizen developers across the business, helping them adopt our enterprise data assets, deliver tactical reporting themselves, and work consistently in line with central standards and guidelines.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align BI initiatives with strategic priorities, balancing innovation with operational excellence. Collaboration will be essential, partnering with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), Microsoft, and internal teams to spark innovation and champion data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll also represent the team in senior project steering panels, shaping outcomes and influencing priorities.
You’ll be:
- Leading and developing a high‑performing Business Intelligence team
- Owning the BI roadmap and prioritising work around clear business value
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance
- Overseeing delivery of the BI project portfolio, balancing innovation and operational excellence
- Acting as the senior BI stakeholder for our Microsoft data platform integrated with Dynamics 365
- Championing self‑serve analytics and leading our Citizen Developer community
- Setting and embedding best practice in data modelling, governance and reporting
- Representing BI in senior forums and project steering groups
You’ll have:
- Strong experience leading and embedding a Business Intelligence function
- Proven people leadership skills, with experience developing high‑performing teams
- Deep understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling (Kimball)
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, SQL, Fabric)
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- A pragmatic, value‑focused mindset focused on outcomes, not just outputs
- Experience working in ERP environments (ideally Dynamics 365)
- A collaborative, commercially minded approach
You’ll get:
- A genuine leadership role shaping how innocent uses, trusts and talks about data
- The opportunity to lead and grow a talented BI team in a fast‑moving FMCG environment
- Hands‑on involvement in evolving our Microsoft data platform and future AI capabilities
- Close collaboration with data engineers, senior leaders and strategic partners
- The chance to set standards and patterns that the wider business will follow
- A role where you can think strategically, influence at senior levels, and still stay close to the detail when it matters
We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
