At innocent, trusted data helps us make better decisions, run our business more effectively, and unlock new opportunities in analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Over the last few years, governance capabilities have grown across Product, Customer and Supply, with demand now expanding into other areas such as Finance.

While these capabilities are delivering real value, they've evolved independently and now need a common direction.

As our Enterprise Data Governance Manager, you'll help bring clarity, consistency and ownership to how innocent manages data.

You'll establish the foundations of an enterprise-wide governance capability, bringing together people, processes and standards so that data is trusted, understood and ready to support some of innocent's biggest ambitions.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we use data, both today and in the future.

• You’ll be
• Defining and evolving innocent's enterprise data governance framework, standards and ways of working.
• Creating clear ownership, stewardship and accountability models across our key business data.
• Building and leading a community of Data Owners and Data Stewards across the business.
• Bringing together people from different teams to create shared understanding, clear ownership and consistent ways of working around data.
• Driving improvements in data quality through meaningful measures, reporting and root-cause resolution.
• Embedding governance into major business and technology transformation programmes.
• Improving metadata, business definitions and data lineage so people can find, understand and trust the data they use.
• Shaping the roadmap for governance capabilities including data dictionaries, business glossaries, data quality monitoring and Master Data Management (MDM).
• You’ll have
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and Master Data Management (MDM).
• The ability to design and embed practical governance frameworks and operating models that people genuinely use.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
• The ability to balance governance standards with commercial and operational realities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
• A growth mindset with the curiosity to ask questions, challenge assumptions and bring clarity to complex problems.
