Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

Here in the creative team, we come up with lots of ideas and stick them on a lot of different things. Sometimes that might be a billboard or a bottle. Other times it might be a booklet or a banana. Every once in a while, we’ll put those ideas on something that doesn’t begin with a b. We’re on the hunt for an account manager who can help us get to great packaging creative work, taking us from a brief to print more smoothly than Barry White. You’ll be the fifth member of our small but mighty ops team, whipping our talented bunch of copywriters, designers, creative directors, strategists and agency partners into shape.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project managing a chunk of innocent's packaging creative, from innovations, renovations and redesigns, to roll outs.
  • Responsible for project delivery from creative kick off, through to creative delivery, artworking, pack visual builds, to print.

You’ll have:

  • Heaps of creative packaging and artwork knowledge with plenty of experience working across big and small projects within FMCG.
  • Experience of working with artwork and repro production agencies. You’ll have great attention to detail to support with proofing.
  • Strong project and resource management, and organisational skills. You're able to draft and track against critical paths, forecast and track spend, manage and mitigate risk, and report against KPIs.
  • The ability to prioritise to effectively deliver several projects simultaneously.
  • Great collaboration skills and stakeholder management. You can flex your style to the relevant audience, and won’t shy away from giving or receiving constructive feedback.
  • Top‑notch communication skills. You'll keep the team around you updated at all times and take advantage of project management tools to share status updates.
  • A strong sense of initiative and ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience of working in an in‑house creative team or similar environment within an agency. Some comms delivery knowledge would be a bonus (but isn’t mandatory).

You’ll get:

  • To work on a variety of packaging projects.
  • To deliver creative work for drinkers all over Europe.
  • Loads of free smoothies (obviously).

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target‑based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
