At innocent we believe in making it easier to live well through the delicious goodness of fruit and veg. That’s why our ‘Fruiture’ strategy is to provide a billion more portions of fruit and veg by 2030.
As the Transformation Planning Manager in Enterprise Change, you play a crucial role in helping us achieve that goal by leading the development of joined-up annual business plans (ABP), long-range plans (LRP) and strategic change plans out to 2030 across the entire business.
You’ll be able to balance your attention to detail and rigour, with an inquisitive mindset, and passion for innovation, to bring real thought leadership to how we create and constantly strengthen our plans. You’ll care passionately about the ‘why’ of the changes we deliver, and will spend a good chunk of your time working with senior stakeholders. The output of this will be a tangible contribution to helping us deliver those billion more portions.
You’ll have:
- Experience leading projects and programmes, ideally in an FMCG manufacturing setting.
- A knack for long‑term planning and turning big ideas into clear, practical plans for the year ahead.
- The ability to take in complex technical information and explain it in a way that makes sense to everyone, whether they’re hands‑on experts or senior leaders.
- Experience working in a matrix environment, helping teams stay aligned, make decisions, and keep things moving in a lively, fast‑changing environment.
- Strong emotional and organisational awareness, with the ability to read the room, build positive relationships, and help teams work smoothly together.
- A warm and supportive approach to working with others, you’re able to challenge thoughtfully, encourage collaboration, and help people learn and grow.
You’ll get:
- The chance to play an important part in shaping innocent’s long‑term transformation, helping us get a billion more portions of fruit and veg to people by 2030.
- Your work will influence decisions across the whole business and help us make a meaningful, purpose‑driven impact.
- Opportunities to work closely with senior leaders — including the Board and the SLT — while building trusted partnerships across Coca‑Cola Europe and with our external partners.
- A lively, supportive environment where new ideas are welcomed and trying new things is encouraged.
- You’ll have the freedom to lead, the backing to develop, and the chance to shape how change happens across innocent.
- We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to.
- In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday.
- And yes, you get free smoothies.
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
