Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies.
We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet.
We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way.
And that’s where this job comes in.
We’re looking for a brilliant Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our newly formed global Talent Acquisition team and help us find and hire great people for innocent.
This role can be based in our London, Vienna or Salzburg office.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll look after end-to-end recruitment across our DAT (Germany & Austria), Nordics and UK markets, working closely with hiring managers and People Partners (that’s what we call our HR Business Partners) to find the right people and create a great experience for everyone involved along the way.
- You will
- Manage recruitment from start to finish – from kicking off a role and sourcing great people, to screening candidates, making offers and getting someone ready to join.
- Champion fair and inclusive hiring and help us reduce bias in our recruitment processes.
- Help embed our in-house recruitment approach across the DAT & Nordics markets, supporting and guiding hiring managers as they get used to a new way of working.
- Work closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand what they need and help them make great hiring decisions.
- Proactively find and engage great people, building strong talent pools along the way for future needs.
- Give candidates a brilliant experience, keeping them in the loop and providing timely feedback.
- Get to know our hiring markets and use what you learn to help us hire better.
- Use recruitment data and insights to understand what’s working and where we can do things better.
- Get stuck into projects that help us continuously improve how we attract and hire great people.
- You’ll have
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Great relationship-building skills and the confidence to work with and influence different people across the business.
- Top notch communication skills.
- First experience managing recruitment from start to finish would be the cherry on top.
- A proactive approach to finding great people – you’re passionate about going beyond job adverts, reaching out directly through channels such as Linked In and finding creative ways to connect with the right talent.
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities at once.
- Confidence using recruitment systems and tools – you don’t need to know ours already, just bring an open mind and willingness to learn.
- A can‑do approach and be comfortable working independently.
- The ability to adapt your style to different people and markets and stay flexible when things change or don’t quite go to plan.
- What You’ll Get
- Loads of ownership and the chance to grow your recruitment career across a variety of our international markets.
- The chance to have an impact on the business by further embedding our in-house recruitment approach across our DAT & Nordics markets.
- An opportunity to work with hiring managers and teams across the business, giving you a great view of how innocent works end to end and helping you build your confidence and experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- An experienced and supportive Talent Acquisition Team to learn from, bounce ideas off and have some fun with along the way.
In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes:
- private healthcare
- target-based bonus
- a day off on your birthday
- free smoothies
We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we?
At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive.
When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are.
