Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. We want to show everyone that it’s possible to be a successful business while looking after people and the planet too, so we’re trying to get better in pretty much every way. And that’s where this job comes in.

Our technology landscape is growing up fast. More systems, more data, more teams shaping how things work. This role sits right in the middle of it all, helping us make smart decisions early and keep things joined up as we go. You will work closely with our Solution Architecture Lead and partner with teams across the business to make sure the choices we make today still make sense tomorrow. Whether it is a big transformation or a small change in the backlog, your role is to keep things simple, connected, and built to last. It is about helping us move forward without creating complexity we will regret later.

Responsibilities
  • Shaping solution options early so projects start with clear, viable paths
  • Supporting Business as Usual changes while protecting end to end process coherence
  • Keeping designs aligned to architectural principles and agreed guardrails
  • Facilitating design reviews to assess risk, impact, and long term maintainability
  • Partnering with Business Analysts to challenge and improve solution design choices
  • Spotting opportunities to simplify, standardise, or remove unnecessary complexity
  • Working with third party providers to review product roadmaps and identify opportunities
  • Building trusted relationships and helping teams understand technical trade offs in simple terms
Qualifications
  • Experience working within enterprise resource planning led landscapes such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
  • A strong understanding of how business processes connect across areas like supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and sales
  • The ability to design solutions that work across multiple systems, data sources, and integrations
  • Confidence translating complex technical ideas into clear, practical business language
  • A collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and guide decisions
  • A naturally holistic mindset that connects the dots across technology and process
Benefits
  • The chance to shape how our technology landscape evolves as we grow
  • Exposure to end to end business processes and how they are powered by technology
  • Close collaboration with Business Analysts, project teams, and senior stakeholders
  • The opportunity to influence decisions early, before complexity sets in
  • A front row seat to major transformation work and the thinking behind it
  • The space to simplify, improve, and leave things clearer than you found them

We want innocent to be a great place to work, so we do lots of stuff to make people feel at home and try to make sure everyone’s career is shaping up the way they want it to. There are plenty of opportunities to have a go at something new or take things further. In exchange for helping us do business in the right way, you’ll get a solid rewards package that includes a salary, private healthcare, a target-based bonus, and a bunch of other nice things like a day off on your birthday. And yes, you get free smoothies.

We also know that not all our drinkers come from the same background, or think the same – so why should we? At innocent, we want to be a great place to work where a diverse bunch of people from all backgrounds can turn up and thrive. When we hire, we want all the juice, bits, and pulp that make you who you are. Even if you don’t think you can tick all the boxes, if the job sounds right for you, come and throw your hat in the ring. Probably best to get your skates on though, as we might close this early if we get loads of applications.
