Here at innocent, we’re on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval). It’s nice to be able to say things like that but we’re not patting ourselves on the back just yet. A bit about the team: Here at innocent, we’ve been on a journey over the past few years, starting the revolution to our core bits of technology and all of the processes we use with the intention to make sure our business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible as it grows, using technology and data to support this. You’ll be joining a team whose focus is on process and technology project delivery and change management, supporting the business unlock the capabilities that will deliver on our 2030 business strategy to deliver 1 billion more portions of fruit & veg to our drinkers.
A bit about the role: We have a very exciting opportunity as a Senior Business Analyst, working alongside the wider Enterprise Service team to design and deliver our technology transformation projects which span Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial and Product. You’ll sit in the Solution Architecture and Design team, but work alongside the whole Enterprise Services team comprising of BAs, Project managers and our test function to work on project E2E using your full BA toolkit (requirements gathering, critical thinking, making change recommendations, partnering, testing, training, change mgmt.. etc).
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in a fast-paced environment to design, deliver and roll out technology and process improvement projects across Supply, Manufacturing, Finance, People, Commercial and Product, evolving our existing applications and/or bringing in new to unlock functional capabilities.
- Managing multiple Business Analysts, as well as leading the charge as part of wider project teams to deliver complex technology change through SaaS solutions, delivering work yourself and through others.
- Partnering with external stakeholders to prioritise and land change brilliantly, using excellent change management skills to engage effectively throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Hold our 3rd parties to account to deliver with pace and quality, driving our WoW and ensuring we’re delivering against effective change governance and controls, including adapting these where necessary.
- Listening to the business and making recommendations for change, building those recommendations out through structured and detailed requirements gathering.
- Supporting, coaching and mentoring more junior analysts – being an active member of the analyst community to drive and share best practice and learnings.
You’ll have:
- Directly line managed – is able to demonstrate how you have developed team members and managed their performance.
- Be comfortable leading a team, with an ability to coach junior members of a team to deliver through them to high standards.
- Delivered multiple technology projects in a SaaS environment across the project lifecycle of varying scale and complexity and is able to set the direction for delivering through all phases of a change.
- Uses BA best practice to deliver changes in the right way (e.g. process mapping, requirements gathering).
- Be able to demonstrate and drive E2E thinking across changes in highly integrated and connected processes.
- Be able to manage relationships with 3rd party technology providers to ensure their delivery to standards and timescales.
- Great partnering skills and stakeholder management across different levels of seniority, complemented by excellent communication skills to present complex concepts in a distilled and simple way, and make tough recommendations.
- Manage through ambiguity and challenge to drive balanced recommendations of routes to resolution.
- Work autonomously day-to-day and knows when support and escalation routes are needed, for themselves and their team.
