We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the local execution of brand and campaign activity across the UK. You’ll turn insight into action, bring campaigns and innovation to life in-market, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and performance.
This role is hands-on, collaborative and impact-focused — ideal for someone who thrives on making things happen, delivering great work, and connecting brand activity to real business outcomes.
You’ll be:
- Experienced in leading UK brand and campaign execution, ideally within FMCG or food & drink.
- Confident using consumer insight and performance data to shape campaigns and drive commercial impact.
- Comfortable working across digital, social and integrated marketing channels.
- A strong collaborator who thrives in a matrix environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
- Organised, proactive and delivery-focused, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting plans when needed.
You’ll be able to:
- Lead the local execution of brand and campaign plans aligned to business and brand priorities.
- Translate consumer and category insights into compelling UK campaigns that build brand meaning and drive growth.
- Partner with creative, media and external agencies to deliver strong campaigns that resonate with consumers and build the brand.
- Own local 360 campaign delivery across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Lead UK NPD and renovation launches in partnership with R&D, category and sales teams.
- Track and optimise campaign performance, linking activity to volume, value and NR outcomes.
- Manage brand investment budgets and DMEs with strong financial discipline.
- Work closely with sales, RGM and finance to ensure brand plans support commercial objectives.

- Bring external inspiration and best practice into the business.
- Use data, insight and learning to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with RGM, finance, category, sales, central brand teams, consumer insights, R&D and agency partners.
- Play an active role in shaping a strong, inclusive and high-performing marketing culture.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link brand activity to business performance.
- Experience leading integrated campaigns and launches end to end.
